Biography:
Jennifer
Ellison was born on May 1, 1983 and must have known she was going to be
a celebrity, as she had sat on her local chip shop counter and bellowed
'My name's Jennifer Ellison and one day I'm going to be famous!" when
she was just two years old.
She acted throughout school and trained as a ballet dancer, but then
went into television. She wrote to Brookside aged nine to see if their
were any roles for her, and although there wasn't then, by the time
Jennifer was fourteen, there was. Jenny's character of Emily Shadwick
dominated Brooksides storylines for five years, until she decided to go
back to her first love of singing and dancing. Jennifer released a cover
version of Transvision Vamp's Baby I Don't Care in the summer of 2003
and is working on an album, as well as breaking into the movies! She and
boyfriend Tony have a house in Liverpool, as well as living in L.A
whilst Jennifer lands more movie roles.
At the end
of 2004, Jen landed a role in the classic Andrew Lloyd Webbers The
Phantom Of The Opera. This was a major role for Jen, and her first
Hollywood big screen debut. |
